Chapter 1
IN THIS LESSON
Wholefood nutrition - what is it, why is it important, and what does it look like?
Many of us already know that we should eat more plant based foods. But, what is wholefood nutrition?
As the name might suggest, wholefood nutrition is eating our food in its most natural state (ie as least amount of processing or human interference as possible).
Plenty of fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, legumes, wholegrains (such as brown rice, quinoa), fish (fresh is best), meat/chicken/lamb that has been sustainably farmed.
